Special Called Board Meeting
Please plan to attend. Meeting will be held at Sandy Creek Baptist Retreat Center on Saturday, April 12th at 10am.
Work Day
There is some work to be done out at the retreat center (clearing some brush and taking down some trees). If you are inclined, please plan to stay and help or recruit some volunteers to come after the meeting and work on the trees and brush. If you plan to do that, dress accordingly in work clothing and bring some gloves. If you have a chain saw and some eye protection and want to bring it, feel free. There will be experienced chain saw operators but we also need people to drag limbs to burn piles and cut up firewood. We will have some ham and cheese sandwiches, chips and cookies available. If you would like to bring a bag of chips or a package of cookies, that will be helpful? The tree and brush cutting will begin about 11 AM or so.
